The three days 45th Annual Conference of the Nyishi Baptist Church Council (NBCC) organized by the Doimukh Pastoral Range, attended by more than 7000 delegates concluded successfully on 9th April 2017 at Mani Baptist Church under Doimukh Pastoral Range. The Historical culmination of Range wise Annual Conference was inaugurated by hoisting of NBCC flag by its President Mr. John Panye, while welcome address was done by Rev. Tar Choya, General Secretary, Nyishi Baptist Church Council. In the program a great servants of God Rev. Dr. E.D Raja Singh Elias, General Secretary of Indian Evangelical Mission and Rev. Halli Likha, Secretary, Evangelical Fellowship of India North East attended as Speaker and Bible Study leader. Speaker delivered the powerful message from the Bible, 1st Corinthians 16:13 on the theme “stand firm in the faith”. Besides the word of God Second day was marked by the mass tree plantation surround the Mani ME School Campus and Primary Health Centre. In the Male Group Dance Competition among 48 Pastoral Ranges, Doimukh Pastoral Range stood first. Closing day was marked by the mass procession of Palm Sunday and devotional service was participated by Mr. Techi Kaso, Hon’ble MLA cum Parliamentary Secretary, Mr. Nikh Kamin, Hon’ble MLA Bordumsa, Mr. Laisam Simai, Hon’ble MLA Nampong Constituency, Mr. Ngurang Pinch former MLA, Mr. Toko Tekhi, General Secretary, Arunachal Christian Forum, General Secretary Arunachal Baptist Church Council, Mr. Kon Jirjo Jotham former executive Secretary and many other VIPs and dignitaries.
Conference concluded with report by the Conference organizer Dr. T.R Nabam and the vote of thanks by Mr. Tana Tagi Tara, Associate General Secretary (Service) followed by roll down and handover of flag by the President to the next organizer (Cluster-III) of 46th Annual Conference 2018.
